John is considered one of the most respected senior superintendents in the construction sector of real estate. Mr. Doran is senior superintendant for the Sentry Development Group. In this role, John is responsible for coordination, scheduling and all management phases of our construction projects. His expertise focuses on high rise urban construction as well as regional mid rise commercial and hospitality projects.
John’s excellence in performance is demonstrated throughout renovation and new construction with oversight of all sub contractors specifications and deliverables. His background is extensive in project safety, purchase order BOP’s, trenching, scaffolding, and confined space programs.
John is a New York Licensed Superintendant with a degree from Brookdale Community College specializing in architectural drafting and design.
